U+B is thrilled to have Ridgedale Commons recognized as one of the Top Projects of 2023 by Finance and Commerce! U+B teamed up with landscape architect, Damon Farber and contractor, H+U to create a beautiful new urban park for the City of Minnetonka. This park transformed a two-acre area of mall parking lot into a new recreational oasis and home of the Minnetonka Farmer’s Market.
