Located on a secluded wooded site, this project transformed a banal late 1950s ranch style residence into a contemporary home for a couple and their two children. The new home blends with the surrounding woods and windows and doors were configured to optimize views of the surrounding landscape. On the interior Scandinavian bleached pine floors contrast beautifully with contemporary leather furniture and a state of the art Italian kitchen.
