Built in 1923, this historic home was resplendent with beautiful original woodwork and built-ins but lacked the 20th century modern amenities and flow the home owners desired. Maintaining the architectural integrity of the original house, U+B integrated a mudroom, office, master suite, and entertainment room addition to the back of the home. Working closely with the contractor, new cabinetry and woodwork are blended seamlessly with the original home.
