This 1900′s era home suffered from a poor connection to the backyard coupled with an ill-defined outdoor space. Working within the tight constraints of an urban lot, U+B designed a new screened porch which connects to the rebuilt garage and opens the house to a reconfigured backyard. The new entry sequence from the back also includes a new mud-room and powder room.
