This penthouse condominium overlooking Lake Minnetonka to the south was renovated from head to toe to create an elegant and light filled home for the new owner. The inspiration for the interior architecture was the tall proportions and taught lines of the 1920 and U+B developed a fully custom set of trim profiles for the casework and cabinets for a unique expression. The spaces are anchored by three different coved and vaulted spaces that start at the entry and lead through the living area and the kitchen. On the north side the primary bedroom suite includes a bathroom with a large skylit wet-room and a generous dressing table. U+B worked in collaboration with our longtime interior’s partners, Martha Dayton Design, to create a truly beautiful and luminous space.
