Minneapolis, MN
Phase 1
Haberman and Associates, a successful brand public relations firm that markets themselves a s modern storytellers, had outgrown their office space in the Textile Building in the Minneapolis Warehouse District. Based on extensive interviews with all employees during the programming phrase, U+B designed an efficient new space that reflects Haberman’s open and collaborative working philosophy. Project highlights include a 40-foot story telling wall adjacent to the entry, a large meeting room that opens to the lounge and kitchen area, and glazed office and workstation walls that promote transparency, daylight, and collaboration.
Phase 2
U+B’s design for Haberman’s new offices in the historic brick and heavy timber Kickernick Building balances the needs of a creative marketing and advertising company to collaborate and gather together with individual requirements for privacy and defined space. One large central volume unites the office while smaller spaces within allow the firm to work dynamically and at various scales. Custom partitions create levels of opacity and provide opportunities to tell the story of the firm and its clients.
