The Julia apartment building is located in the Northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis at the busy intersection of Broadway and Marshall. U+B designed all of the major public entry areas including the Pub, Living Room, Office and Conference Room and the Fitness Area including a designated Yoga Room.
The Julia creates a warm and welcoming aesthetic and a sense of shelter. With its abundance of natural sunlight, warm, rich fabrics and abundant natural wood, the Gibson includes a variety of active communal spaces for socializing as well as sheltered intimate areas for private conversation and work.
