Starting with a neglected and dated property in a great neighborhood, our clients asked us to create an updated look and decidedly modern aesthetic for this 1950’s home. The extensive remodel included the necessary remediation of decades of water damage and neglect but also afforded opportunity to open the space into a more contemporary floor plan. The addition of a master suite, with a well-appointed and illuminated new master bath, is both sleekly modern and warmly inviting. On the main level, a new dining room flows smoothly into an updated kitchen accented by rich wood cabinets and etched glass countertops. A new outdoor deck, accessed from the kitchen, serves as an additional dining and gathering area during the warmer months of the year.
