Lyndy Apartments

Lyndy is an exciting new 111 ­residence apartment building in the LynLake neighborhood of Minneapolis. Though market rate, approximately 25% of the residences fit within Hennepin County affordability guidelines. Lyndy’s sustainable and groundbreaking “micro”and “mini” style one and two bedroom residences break the typical apartment mold. These small floor plans support low price points while providing full­sized in unit washers and dryers, full­sized kitchen appliances, and large walk-­in closets.

Due to the small unit sizes, Lyndy provides entry level rents, but the finishes are beautiful and durable so that residents do not feel like they are economizing. The project is special when compared to other apartments because of the high level of amenities it delivers for its residents: rooftop movie screen, garden plant-ers, outdoor grilling and patio area, rooftop fire pit and seating, fitness center, yoga room, a common room for parties, a stunning entry lobby with organic wooden sculpture, and a large pub room with indoor/outdoor fireplace covered in hand­screened black and white geometric tiles.
