As consultants for St. Paul Public Schools, U+B was hired to study and design flooring upgrades at the Linwood Arts + elementary school facility. The Linwood school building has undergone various renovations and additions over its 92-year history. Currently, U+B has studied, designed and carried through public bidding for a flooring replacement and refurbishing plan for a complex system of original flooring details that will remain and the implementation of new flooring that is long-overdue. Slated to complete installation by mid-summer 2012, U+B looks forward to continued involvement with this facility.
