Limited in both budget and construction timeline, U+B embraced a bright color palette and natural light to create a dynamic new space for this realty group. A series of transparent and translucent panes allow sunlight to penetrate from the exterior wall through and into the interior corridor while maintaining acoustical privacy for the individual broker offices. This project was honored with an “Outstanding Office Image Award,” by the offices of this international real estate company.
