Our clients asked us to create a whole new look and feel for their run-down Cape-Cod-style house. The extensive remodel included remediation of decades of water damage and neglect, the addition of a dining room and a master suite, and a new interior aesthetic that is both sleekly modern and warmly inviting. Etched glass, Italian tile, and walnut floors define the interior palette, while new siding and a dramatic color scheme create a crisp-looking (and watertight) exterior.
