Excell Academy  Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park 2006

To accommodate future students, Excell applied for a construction grant to expand into adjacent space within the existing building. Our firm provided master planning and cost estimating as a pivotal part of the grant application. Excell Academy's application attained the highest score of all 35 applicants and the school was awarded the full amount of grant monies requested.
